Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a delivery and installation associate to deliver and install kitchen and laundry appliances using a company‑provided vehicle. The role requires maintaining records, delivering on schedule, and providing excellent customer service while addressing order and delivery issues.

An acceptable MVR and a valid driver’s license are required, with ongoing MVR monitoring. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and professional interaction with customers

Qualifications

• Delivery and installation experience with a company‑provided vehicle.
• 1+ years operating material handling equipment.
• Experience operating a box truck.
• No more than 2 moving violations or 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation.
• Load, transport, and deliver kitchen and laundry appliances safely.
• Install appliances per manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform basic connections (water, electrical, venting) during installation.
• Remove old appliances and dispose of packaging materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic installation issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow planned routes for timely deliveries and maintain vehicle safety.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers during deliveries.
