Job summary

HD Supply delivers and installs kitchen and laundry appliances using a company-provided vehicle and maintains records of deliveries. The role requires operating a company or rental vehicle with ongoing MVR monitoring and a valid driver’s license.

Strong customer service and safety compliance are essential for timely, compliant installations. Ideal candidates will have HS Diploma or GED, 2–5 years of related experience, and prior exposure to wholesale distribution.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering and installing appliances.
• 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience operating a box truck.
• No more than 2 moving violations or 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• Wholesale distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service during delivery and installation.
• Loads, transports, and delivers appliances to customer locations.
• Installs appliances following manufacturer guidelines, codes, and safety standards.
• Performs basic connections (water, electrical, venting) during installation.
• Removes old appliances and disposes of packaging materials as needed.
• Troubleshoots installation issues and escalates when necessary.
• Follows planned routes to ensure timely deliveries and maintains vehicle safety.
