Job summary

Bailey's Logistics is seeking an Appliance Installer Driver to deliver and install large appliances at customer homes and new constructions. The role requires driving a 26' truck, securing loads, and making necessary plumbing and electrical connections.

You will verify products for next-day delivery and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have a valid license with a clean MVR, be 21+, and pass drug/background checks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (no CDL).
• Pass drug and background screen at hire and randomly during employment.
• 21 years or older.
• Personal integrity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install appliances up to 700 pounds in homes and builds, securing them and making plumbing/electrical connections.
• Verify product and prepare appliances for next-day deliveries.
• Drive a 26' straight truck to multiple stops in various terrain and weather.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with the delivery experience.
• Use mobile tools to call customers, take notes, and update delivery status.
• Work independently or as part of a team as needed.
