Job summary

Matt's New & Used Appliances is seeking a hard-working team member to thoroughly clean and prepare appliances for display and customer pickup or delivery. You will inspect items for cleanliness, safely load and unload, and help move appliances around the store to keep everything organized.

No prior experience required; we teach the skills. If you value a strong work ethic, dependable performance, and a positive attitude, this is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare appliances for display and customer pickup or delivery
• Inspect appliances to ensure cleanliness and presentation
• Safely load and unload appliances
• Move appliances throughout the store as needed and keep areas clean and organized
• Assist with deliveries and other daily operations when needed
• Handle appliances carefully to prevent damage
• Support the team in creating an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds safely
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA before your start date
