Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
- Ability to follow quality workmanship procedures and use a smartphone for parts ordering.
- Successful background and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) of operation.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Flexible work hours, including overtime as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
- Ability to drive an automatic‑transmission vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Provide value‑added solutions that improve customers’ homes.
- Maintain a clean, organized company truck and manage parts efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience
1–2 years of experience.
Travel Requirements
Road Warrior – up to 75% or more of time on the road.
