Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow quality workmanship procedures and use a smartphone for parts ordering.
• Successful background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) of operation.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Flexible work hours, including overtime as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
• Ability to drive an automatic‑transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions that improve customers’ homes.
• Maintain a clean, organized company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience

Travel Requirements

Road Warrior – up to 75% or more of time on the road.
