Responsibilities

• Use correspondence and program load‑up capacities to drive plans and resolve issues across various endeavors and development centers.
• Program or project lead the core experience of driving Silicon projects and PC‑based planning initiatives or a blend of Program and PC‑supported plan design insight.
• Ensure SoC plan and PC‑based planning stream data are collected and utilized.
• Participate in discussions, present testing requests, and collaborate with teams to schedule and address issues.
• Work within an EPM team to drive specific issue objectives and enable on‑time silicon delivery to meet aggressive goals.
• Manage conflicting requirements and drive results to maintain project headway.
• Experience with conveying silicon tapeouts and coordinating test planning.
• Drive team collaboration and motivate partners to advance project goals.
• Value participating in the results of delivering a powerful product.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 3+ years of significant experience in silicon planning.
• Experience with front‑end tools (Reasoning arrangement, Mix, DV, or DFT) or back‑end tools (PNR, STA, LVS, DRC, Extraction) and PC‑based planning mechanical assemblies/streams.
• Experience managing project plans, tracking milestones, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong inclination to guarantee project headway and drive teams to advance.
