You will shape a data‑driven product vision, align data pipelines and BI tooling (Snowflake, S3, Tableau, ThoughtSpot) with business needs, and translate analytics into actionable PRDs and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for scale, non-customer facing products.
• 4-6 years in large-scale e-commerce analytics platforms and KPI work.
• Strong skills: vision, PRDs, metrics, customer journey maps, roadmaps.
• Experience with data pipelines and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
• Understanding of security and governance in data.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, S3, BI tools.

Job Responsibilities

Apple’s Worldwide Channel strategy & Operations (CSO) enterprise focuses on growing and deploying worldwide sales programs, quality practices, and channel initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Product supervisor to drive the roadmap for our Statistics and Analytics Platform. This role will revolutionize how our channel groups use data to make decisions by leveraging advanced analytics and algorithmic insights.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, building and shipping organization‑scale, technical products that are not customer‑facing.
• 4‑6 years of experience with large‑scale e‑commerce information and analytics platforms, including building digital performance KPIs, advertising performance, and optimization capabilities.
• Strong product management and design skills: vision setting, PRDs, vital metrics, customer journey maps, service design, product roadmaps.
• Exposure to the entire data pipeline: constructing data pipelines to advanced analytics applications.
• Expertise in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Solid understanding of security and risk principles related to data, governance, and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of modern data technologies: cloud data platforms with Snowflake and Amazon S3, BI applications including Tableau, Salesforce, ThoughtSpot, and Google Analytics 360.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity while influencing alignment with partners across enterprise and technical groups.
• Strong communication skills, simplifying complex ideas for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce Information Cloud and Apple Keynote favored; robust organizational competencies and ability to structure and streamline work streams.
