We seek an experienced technical Appian Consultant to implement complex Appian solutions, provide hands-on design, development, and testing, and guide clients on architecture, DevSecOps, and program initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
• 2+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design, implementation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written; active listening to gather requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Preference for candidates local to the DC Metro area.
• Some travel (0-15%) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies.
• Hands-on design, development, and testing activities.
• Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and program initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and perform well.
• Drive process improvement for clients.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources.
