Groundswell is a premier technology integrator delivering Appian-based solutions to federal agencies and complex client environments. We’re seeking a hands-on Appian Consultant to join delivery teams and advise clients on architecture, design, and best practices.

You’ll lead design, development, and tests, ensuring scalable, secure solutions with DevSecOps considerations. Travel up to 15% and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be part of daily work, in a fast-paced, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 2+ years developing Appian solutions.
• 2+ years IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead cert preferred.
• Strong Agile/DevSecOps delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex Appian solutions with Appian and related tech.
• Hands-on design, development, and testing.
• Advise clients on design, configuration management, and DevSecOps.
• Ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Drive process improvement for clients.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
