Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an Appian Solution Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will architect scalable, secure Appian solutions, translate business needs into actionable designs, and guide teams through integration with REST/SOAP, cloud services, and on-prem deployments.

You will mentor developers, stay current with Appian updates, and drive Agile delivery practices including CI/CD and automated testing to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules) and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Current Appian Lead Developer or Solution Architect certifications.
• Expert-level Appian best practices, scalability, and cloud security.
• Experience leading Agile teams, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Appian-based BPM solutions across Cloud and on-prem environments.
• Translate business needs into Appian solutions, integrating with REST/SOAP and cloud services.
• Serve as technical expert guiding project teams and clients on platform decisions and design.
• Develop solution architectures, roadmaps, and migration plans for leadership.
• Mentor developers and junior architects and promote knowledge sharing.
