Wilmington Trust is seeking an Appian Forward Deployed Product Owner to drive digital transformation across our core operations in Clanton, Alabama. This hybrid role blends product ownership, business analysis, and low-code workflow design, with hands-on Appian work.

You will partner with business teams, write stories, validate builds, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and delivery in a regulated financial services environment.

Formación

• Hands-on Appian experience with building, configuring, testing, or supporting workflows and dashboards.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, including regulated processes and risk.
• Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and improve business process workflows using Appian Designer.
• Partner with product owners, operations, technology, and risk to gather requirements and prioritize improvements.
• Own and manage product backlog items including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to map current/future workflows and drive alignment.
• Promote reuse of platform capabilities and governance across teams.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, prototyping, and testing.
• Support QA/UAT and production validation with test scenarios and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technology on integrations, data dependencies, and security considerations.
