Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking an Appian Developer to design, build, and deploy Appian-based applications focused on workflow automation, data fabric, and UI design in a secure, mission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 years in software or systems engineering, TS/SCI with CI poly, and hands-on Appian or similar low-code development, plus Agile experience and strong problem-solving across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with a current CI Polygraph.
• Exposure to Appian or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Front-end or back-end software development skills.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodology.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and multitasking across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and deploying applications using the Appian platform.
• Design complex business process workflows and data records; connect Appian with external systems.
• Create user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Appian applications.
• Translate client requirements into functional Appian solutions through design, development and testing.
• Participate in Agile software delivery to ensure high-quality user experience and usability.
