Job summary

Guidehouse is actively seeking an Appian Journeyman Developer to design, develop, and implement Appian-based applications that meet business needs. The role emphasizes problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration to drive project success.

The candidate will work within a SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development context, with travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain a federal/public trust security clearance. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Appian experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience including Appian development.
• Active Appian Associate Developer certifications and ability to obtain more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and develop Appian-based applications.
• Develop custom plug-ins, interfaces, and services using Appian.
• Configure Appian environments and integrate with other systems.
• Design Appian interfaces using Appian SAIL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Appian development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Appian application issues.
• Assist with proof-of-concept activities for new Appian capabilities.
