Job summary

Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, seeks a Business Development Specialist to support the appellate and First Amendment practices and other areas as needed. Based in Los Angeles, New York, or DC, you will collaborate with the Business Development Manager and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.

You will create collateral, pitch documents, and client-facing materials while driving visibility activities, conferences, sponsorships, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and marketing efforts for assigned practices and/or regions.
• Driving creation and maintenance of collateral materials including bespoke pitch documents, pitch decks, matter lists, matter descriptions and other content.
• Supporting visibility initiatives including conferences, sponsorships and client-facing events.
• Providing guidance and support to client relationship activities including events and relationship reviews.
• Collaborating with teams on client targeting efforts and research reports for pitches and projects.
• Ensuring high-quality client data is maintained for deliverables.
