Qualifications

• Must be a practicing attorney and a member of the Massachusetts bar.
• Must have obtained or be eligible for admission to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in appellate practice or other litigation, with emphasis on written and oral advocacy and civil litigation and discovery practice.
• Ability to handle a large, varied caseload and complex cases.
• Commitment to the ethical practice of law.
