Responsibilities

• Prepare well-reasoned dispositions for the Superior Court within abbreviated deadlines.
• Research legal issues; review certified records; make legal conclusions.
• Circulate dispositions for internal editorial process and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the CFT team and Chief Staff Attorneys as needed.
