A highly regarded Dallas litigation boutique is seeking a mid-level to senior attorney to join its sophisticated appellate practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong writer who enjoys handling complex appellate matters and high-stakes commercial litigation. The firm represents clients in sophisticated business disputes, including partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, complex contract matters, lease disputes, and other significant commercial litigation. Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility early on and enjoy a level of client exposure and substantive involvement that is often difficult to find at larger firms.

• Compensation: Compensation is structured to match Cravath base salary levels through a combination of base salary and quarterly bonuses, plus additional discretionary bonus opportunities. For more senior attorneys, compensation is structured separately and is based on billing rate, experience, and other relevant factors.
• Role: Mid-Level to Senior Appellate Litigation Attorney (approximately 4-8+ years of experience) with strong appellate and sophisticated commercial litigation experience.
• Credentials: Exceptional legal writing skills required. Federal clerkship experience and BigLaw or highly respected litigation firm experience preferred. Strong academic credentials required.
