Job summary

You will validate effectiveness of projects managed by the appeals team, facilitate meetings, define processes with the business to keep appeals compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and identify development plans to grow high performing teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in Appeals, with strong regulatory awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a solid team through training, coaching, and developing staff.

• Facilitate and present at meetings within the Appeals team.
• Establish and maintain processes with the business to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Assess developmental needs and implement action plans for high performance teams.
• Manage projects, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
• Report capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions.
