CVS Health is seeking an Appeals team supervisor in Delaware to build and sustain a high-performing staff through training, coaching and development. You will validate the effectiveness of projects managed by the appeals group via data validation, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with the business to ensure processes meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Appeals background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Appeals job aids/workflows.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a solid team through training, coaching and developing staff.
• Validate effectiveness of projects managed by appeals team via universe data validation.
• Facilitate and present at meetings within the Appeals team.
• Establish and maintain processes with the business to ensure readiness and regulatory/compliance.
• Assess developmental needs and implement action plans for high performing teams and individuals.
• Manage projects and identify trends, recommending solutions.
• Report capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions.
