Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Appeals supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team, coaching staff and validating project effectiveness through data-driven reviews. You will present findings in team meetings and establish consistent processes with the business to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance across appeals.

The role requires 3+ years in Appeals and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong communication, time management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a solid team through training, coaching and developing staff
• Validate effectiveness of projects managed by appeals team through universe data validation
• Facilitate and present at meetings within the Appeals team
• Establish processes with the business for overview and readiness of appeals to stay compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Assess developmental needs and implement action plans to develop high performing teams and individuals
• Manage projects and identify trends, recommending/acting on solutions
• Report capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions
