The Bronx County District Attorney's Office is seeking an experienced Trial Preparation Assistant, Level II to support Appeals Bureau Assistant District Attorneys with post-conviction matters. This role focuses on precise document preparation and procedural accuracy.
You will proofread, cite-check, format motions and briefs, assemble tables, prep exhibits, and maintain internal digital files, while coordinating with defense attorneys and courts.
The Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County (“BXDA”) is charged with the twin goals of ensuring public safety and striving for equal justice for the over 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community. In furtherance of this mission, the BXDA seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Trial Preparation Assistant, Level II (TPA II) to assist Appeals Bureau Assistant District Attorneys with post-conviction matters.

Qualification Requirements 1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or 2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
