Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in receiving. The role involves processing merchandise at receipt, replenishment to the floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards, operating the inventory system, lifting up to 50 lbs, and delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards.
• Experience with inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at receipt according to Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Stay informed about advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
