Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter in Missouri to manage the end-to-end processing of apparel merchandise from receipt to stocking on the Sales Floor. You will follow Visual Merchandising standards, use the inventory system, replenish stock, and provide friendly customer service while maintaining a neat backroom and organized backstock.

This is a part-time position with benefits. Qualified applicants typically have a high school diploma, are able to lift up to 50 lbs, and

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & POS register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at receipt per standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Stay informed on advertised sales to organize backroom and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized, and stocked.
• Keep backstock organized and accessible.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
