Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and merchandising standards

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner
• Demonstrate products and provide information to aid buying decisions
• Replenish and stock shelves according to guidelines
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked work area
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up
• All other duties as assigned
