Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to engage customers, demonstrate products and assist with purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide buying decisions while maintaining shelves and pricing per merchandising guidelines.

As a part-time associate, you will promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup programs, while delivering a legendary experience to every customer, every time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Able to operate the POS register system and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Replenish and stock shelves, maintain pricing and signing.
• Provide information, assistance and direction to customers.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
