Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Apparel Grader to support the Rental Division. The Apparel Grader examines used garments, rates their long-term usefulness, and maintains a clean work area while meeting quality and productivity targets.

A performance-based incentive pay structure rewards meeting or exceeding standards. Typical duties include processing garments, adhering to safety rules, and using computer programs as required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
• Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Examine used customer garments and rate their long-term usefulness according to policies and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet production quality and quantity standards.
• Meet or exceed production standards; incentive pay is available for above-standard performance.
