Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Production Associate – Apparel Grader for the Rental Division in Mount Pleasant, PA. This is a temporary, full-time position with a base hourly wage and additional earnings up to $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and production standards.

The Apparel Grader will examine used garments, rate their usefulness per policy, and keep the work area clean while aiming for quantity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Examine used customer garments/apparel and rate their long-term usefulness per policies and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet or exceed production standards.
• Participate in the incentive pay structure tied to production performance.
