Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Apparel Grader to support the Rental Division. The Apparel Grader will examine used customer garments to rate long-term usefulness and ensure adherence to policies and standards.

You will keep your work area clean and strive to exceed quality and productivity targets. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to use a computer program to accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Examine used customer garments and rate their long-term usefulness according to policies and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
