Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Production Operations Associate to work in-office, Monday through Friday, supporting end-to-end production planning for all business units. You’ll manage style master data, cost sheets, and production POs, coordinating with Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale to align forecasts with capacity and inventory strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally 2+ years production planning experience.
• Experience in retail merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent math skills and strong MS Excel capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage style master, cost sheets and production purchase orders to meet sales demand across all business units.
• Coordinate/organize Retail, eCommerce and Wholesale orders by month at style/color/size levels.
• Submit production orders to vendors and confirm quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Communicate daily with vendors to monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adjust production PO data for transit delays and capacity issues.
