G-III Apparel Group seeks a Production Associate to support pre-production and production stages of garment lifecycle, from concept to finished goods delivery. You will coordinate with vendors, manage samples, and generate reports to keep teams aligned on timelines and costs.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with PLM/AS400 or similar systems, and a collaborative mindset to partner with Design, Sales, and Sourcing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of apparel production experience in a SKU-intensive environment, required.
• College degree or equivalent professional work experience, required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Experience with AS400 preferred; willingness to learn required.

Responsabilités

• Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage WIP reports for development tracking and garment delivery.
• Vendor Communication: Drive daily development process with global vendors and ensure timely approvals.
• Sample Management: Track samples for PR and Global Sales channels and assist with requests.
• Production Management: Manage purchase orders, lead Seasonal Production Validation meetings, and assist fittings.
• Product Development: Partner with Design for development approvals and track milestones from tech pack to TOP samples.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Use AS400, WebPDM, and/or PLM to manage lifecycle activities.
• Special Projects: Complete assigned projects that support sourcing and production initiatives.
