Job summary

Odd Sox is seeking an Apparel Product Specialist to manage specifications, tech packs, samples, and approvals through development. You will coordinate with Design, Licensing, and Production to ensure accurate documentation and alignment with approved specs before bulk production.

Ideal candidates have experience with licensed consumer products, strong attention to detail, and the ability to track multiple samples and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with tech packs, product specifications, or technical product documentation.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple products, samples, revisions, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage product submissions, revisions, and approvals from initial concept through final production.
• Coordinate internal product approvals and work with Licensing on licensed product submissions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate tech packs, measurements, construction details, artwork specifications, packaging requirements, and other product documentation.
• Ensure approved development files are complete before handing off to the Production Coordinator for factory sampling.
• Receive, organize, label, track, and maintain physical product samples.
• Review samples against designs, tech packs, measurements, materials, colors, construction, artwork, and packaging.
