Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, category management, retail, or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising Manager in prioritizing categories and leading execution.
• Coordinate seasonal assortments, catalog deliverables, and sport-specific needs.
• Analyze sell-through, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accurate product data and lifecycle timing.
• Maintain pricing inputs and product data in relevant systems.
• Communicate seasonal assortments and product information to partners.
• Assist with vendor rebates and catalog-related activities.
• Present category updates at select events.
