Job summary

Alice and Olivia is seeking a Product Development Associate to support the design and merchandising teams in developing the ready-to-wear assortment while upholding the design vision. The role bridges Design, Production, Tech Design, and Merchandising to bring concepts to production in NYC.

You will manage prototypes through production, handle tech packs, coordinate fittings, and oversee showroom and PR samples, with daily vendor communication to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product development experience.
• Knowledge of the production cycle from concept through completion.
• PLM systems experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Design, Production, Tech, and Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Manage product from prototype to production.
• Manage tech packs.
• Coordinate fittings and communicate style updates across teams.
• Showroom and PR sample management.
• Daily vendor correspondence to meet development deadlines.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Fabric/Trim and Production to ensure accuracy.
