Job summary

Bad Birdie is seeking a highly organized Junior Product Developer to support apparel development from concept through production readiness at our Scottsdale HQ. You’ll manage samples, materials, trackers, and vendor communication, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep information accurate and milestones on track.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, ensuring samples reach fittings and milestones on time, while maintaining organized archives, PLM data, and development trackers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in apparel product development or related area.
• Foundational knowledge of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day organization and movement of development, photoshoot, sales, marketing, and product-seeding samples.
• Log and track incoming and outgoing packages for the Product team and distribute samples.
• Maintain seasonal sample racks and archive prior-season samples.
• Maintain fabric and material libraries with relevant supplier and use information.
• Update and maintain Centric PLM data and assist with tech packs and material details.
