Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel product development experience.
• Strong understanding of development from concept to production.
• Experience with knit categories (fleece, sweaters, French terry) preferred.
• Experience with overseas teams and factory partners.
• Ability to manage at least 50 active styles.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product development across brands.
• Own development process from CAD handoff to production readiness.
• Review CADs for construction, fabric, trims, embellishments.
• Evaluate production feasibility while maintaining product intent.
• Coordinate tech packs, BOMs, and samples with international teams.
• Identify and resolve development, cost, and production issues.
