Job summary

Jobtailor in Philadelphia is seeking a senior apparel graphic designer to create original graphics, prints, and illustrations that reflect the Out From Under aesthetic.

You will collaborate with Women’s Design, Merchandising, and Trend teams to translate brand concepts into cohesive seasonal collections and manage multiple projects with high creative standards.

Experience with CAD and print production, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in apparel graphic/print design, preferably in women’s lifestyle brand.
• Expert understanding of trend forecasting, color theory, typography, and illustration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with CAD and print production processes.
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate brand voice into design.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphics, illustrations, and prints for apparel and accessories reflecting the Out From Under aesthetic
• Collaborate with Women’s Design, Merchandising, and Trend teams to ensure cohesive seasonal collections
• Translate brand concepts, trend research, and seasonal themes into innovative graphics and print design
• Source and manipulate materials, patterns, and textures for print execution
• Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods with production teams
• Monitor streetwear, fashion, and lifestyle trends
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards
