24 Seven Talent is seeking a skilled Apparel Graphic Designer for Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ lines in New York. The role focuses on creating graphics, prints, and artwork from concept through production, collaborating across design and production teams.

The ideal candidate has strong apparel industry experience, expert skills in Illustrator and Photoshop, and a keen eye for trend-driven graphics that translate into commercial products.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of graphic design experience within the apparel/fashion industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
• Strong understanding of apparel graphic placement, scale, color, and production techniques.
• Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, heat transfer, and other decoration methods.
• Strong fashion and trend awareness with the ability to translate trends into commercially viable graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, prints, patterns, embroidery, illustrations, and artwork for apparel for Men's, Women's, or Kids'.
• Develop seasonal graphic concepts based on trend research and brand direction.
• Create placement graphics, all-over prints, repeats, and artwork for various apparel categories.
• Develop production-ready artwork for screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams.
• Adapt graphics across products, categories, and age groups while maintaining brand consistency.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ensure artwork meets technical specifications, production requirements, and deadlines.
• Research fashion/pop culture trends to inform graphic direction.
• Maintain organized artwork files and communicate with internal teams and overseas vendors.
• Manage multiple projects and seasonal deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
