Job summary

Torrid in City of Industry, California is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Production Data Entry Assistant to support the design and pre-production teams by maintaining artwork, strike-off comments, color and print information, and production files across Centric and related systems.

You will upload and organize art pages, palettes, and related files, meet seasonal deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, accessible data throughout the development process.

The Pre-Production (Data Entry) Assistant provides administrative and systems support to the Pre-Production and design team by maintaining accurate and timely artwork, strike-off comments, color and print information, and production files across key systems. This position supports the team throughout the seasonal development process and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure information is organized, updated, and available when needed.

• Experience working with Centric, FTP sites, or similar production management systems preferred

Pay range: $21.50-$26.00
