Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers, working hands-on in stores to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience.

Your role includes assembling mannequins, updating displays, and reporting via the Winston App on mobile devices. A flexible schedule and project-based hours allow varied store visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising.
• Experience working with mannequins and styling.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement.
• Communicate merchandising needs with team and store management.
• Ability to work independently and in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via Winston App.
• IOS: use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: use a recent device.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the shift.
