CreateMe Technologies in Newark, CA is hiring a full-time Apparel Quality Inspector Production Associate. You’ll be the last line of defense to ensure bonded T-shirts meet spec, inspecting at multiple production stages and supporting root-cause analyses with Production and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cut parts, adhesive application, bonding and pressing, neckbands, seams, hems, labels and prints.
• Monitor bonding parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time, alignment) and flag issues.
• Perform final inspection before packing against spec, ensuring construction and appearance accuracy.
• Identify defects and make Pass/Fail/Rework calls.
• Hold and segregate nonconforming product and verify rework before release.
• Document inspection results and contribute to quality data.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with Production and Engineering.
• Maintain safety as a core priority.

We are currently hiring a full-time Apparel Quality Inspector Production Associate for our facility in Newark, CA. You'll be intimately involved with our revolutionary production process and be the last line of defense that makes sure every bonded T-shirt we ship meets spec. If you have a sharp eye and believe close enough isn't good enough, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do:

• Inspect what we are making at critical steps in production: cut parts, adhesive application, bonding and pressing, neckbands, seams, hems, labels, and prints.
• Monitor bonding parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time, alignment) across our tools and equipment, and flag issues before they turn into defects.
• Perform final inspection before packing, checking construction, appearance, symmetry, and measurements against spec.
• Identify and classify defects like bond failures, label lifting, adhesive residue, wrinkles, misalignment, and out-of-tolerance measurements, and make the Pass, Fail, or Rework call.
• Hold and segregate product that doesn't meet spec, support containment, and verify reworked product before it's released.
• Document inspection, defect, rework, and nonconformance results accurately so our quality data is something the whole team can trust.
• Support first piece inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with Production and Engineering.
• Keep safety at the center of everything you do.

• Experience. You've spent time in apparel or textile quality inspection. If you've worked with bonded garments, adhesives, or heat-press processes, that's a big plus.
