CreateMe Technologies in Newark, CA is hiring full-time Production Associates to operate our unique manufacturing lines, run tests, and meet daily output and quality targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will handle materials, train teammates, pack and ship finished product, and keep safety top of mind.

This onsite role offers hands-on work with specialized equipment and a close-knit team that values results and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Run production lines to meet output, quality, and yield targets.
• Handle materials and support equipment, assist line as needed.
• Pull and stage materials for each work order.
• Spot equipment problems, fix when possible, escalate others to engineering.
• Track parts usage and maintain accurate stock counts.
• Assist training new teammates on equipment as we grow.
• Pack and ship finished product.
• Maintain safety as a priority and keep workstation clean and organized.

We are currently hiring full-time Production Associates for our facility in Newark, CA which is open Monday - Friday. We offer a close knit team that doesn’t take itself too seriously, real hands on work with equipment you won't find anywhere else, and a supportive and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Run our production lines and hit our output, quality, and yield targets
• Handle materials, support equipment, and pitch in wherever the line needs you
• Pull and stage materials for each work order
• Spot equipment problems, fix what you can, and flag the rest to engineering
• Track parts usage and keep stock counts accurate
• Help train new teammates on the equipment as we grow
• Pack and ship finished product
• Keep safety front and center, always
• Keep your workstation clean and organized

Qualifications

• A bias towards action: you have the ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, perform repetitive tasks, lift items up to 50 lbs. using appropriate safety techniques and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
