Job summary

White Cap is seeking a detail-oriented graphic designer to create production logos and artwork for our branch apparel line, including jackets, shirts, and promotional items. You will ensure designs meet printing and production requirements and align with customer instructions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in design, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel or promotional products.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare production-ready logos and artwork for apparel and related products.
• Apply layout, clarity, and visual appeal while following customer instructions.
• Ensure design files meet printing and production requirements (resolution, color, file type).
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues to ensure smooth production.
