Job summary

Manhead LLC is seeking a highly organized Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing creative team. You will execute apparel and merchandise artwork across Tour, E-commerce, Retail, and D2C channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

The role requires a strong foundation in apparel graphic design, knowledge of garment decoration, and the ability to produce production-ready files for screen printing and embroidery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apparel/merchandise graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong typography, composition, color accuracy, and layout skills.
• Knowledge of apparel production: screen printing, embroidery, decoration techniques.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork and reviewing proofs.
• Experience creating apparel mockups and presentation layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong organization and file management with version control.
• Ability to follow creative direction and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute artwork per established direction and brand guidelines.
• Create accurate product mockups for apparel, accessories, and merchandise.
• Build presentation decks and visual layouts for reviews.
• Perform revisions based on feedback from creative and accounts teams.
• Resize and adapt artwork for different products and production needs.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all art.
• Coordinate with production to meet time-sensitive deadlines and specs.
• Review proofs for placement, sizing, color, and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize the artwork catalog for artists.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet needs.
