Job summary

Old Navy, part of Gap Inc., seeks an Associate Graphic Designer to support the Collabs + Emerging Partnerships team, focusing on apparel graphics. You will contribute to concept development, artwork creation, and production-ready files for seasonal launches and special partnerships.

Design original graphics for apparel across collaborations, translate direction into on-brand artwork, and prepare production-ready files with precise color, scale, and placement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Portfolio showcasing apparel graphics and print design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

• Design original graphics for apparel across collaborations and partnerships.
• Translate creative direction into on-brand artwork.
• Prepare production-ready files with color, scale, placement accuracy.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to finalize graphics.
• Adapt brand assets to Old Navy aesthetics.
• Revise designs per feedback, maintain integrity and deadlines.
• Stay current on trends, typography, culture to inspire ideas.
