Job summary

Lucky Brand is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer – Apparel to develop fresh, market-relevant graphics for men’s and women’s apparel, collaborating with design leadership and cross-functional partners to tell seasonal stories that reflect the brand identity and engage customers.

You will assist concept development, prepare production-ready files, and help maintain design archives, while working in a hybrid in-office role in New York.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience designing graphics for apparel (knits, tees, fleece, denim, polos, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative brand-right graphic concepts and typographic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concept development by creating assets and producing digital illustrations.
• Execute design concepts with increasing independence, supporting senior designers.
• Prepare final production files and develop specs for apparel applications.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to meet business needs.
