Old Navy is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to support the Collabs + Emerging Partnerships team with a focus on apparel graphics. You will create on-product graphics, translate direction into on-brand artwork, and deliver production-ready files for seasonal launches and special partnerships.

The role requires 1–3 years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with production experience and a passion for trend-driven design.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years graphic design experience in apparel or fashion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, typography and print design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of print techniques, color separations and production processes.
• Attention to detail in file setup and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in collaborations, pop culture and trend-driven design.
• Experience with licensed or collaboration-based products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop original graphics for apparel across collaborations and partnerships.
• Translate creative direction into on-brand artwork for products.
• Prepare production-ready files with accurate color, scale and placement.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development and Production teams.
• Adapt partner brand assets to fit Old Navy’s aesthetic.
• Incorporate feedback and meet deadlines while maintaining design integrity.
• Stay current on graphic trends and cultural influences for fresh ideas.
