Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in merchandise or apparel.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Portfolio showcasing apparel or merchandise work is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and leadership team to bring concepts to life.
• Design headwear, t-shirts, and accessories from initial sketches to production-ready files.
• Produce high-quality digital graphics, typography, and layouts for apparel, print, and web.
