Job summary

Your Talent Team in New York is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel product presentations across major retailer partner sites. You will upload and manage product imagery and digital assets, ensuring brand-consistent presentations and timely publishing across accounts.

Work closely with sales and marketing to maintain up-to-date content, fix issues, and help optimize online product experiences for customers on retailer platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital content coordination, preferably in apparel.
• Experience uploading and organizing product images on retailer sites.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Comfortable using retailer portals and CMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple products.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with PIM or DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage existing product photography and digital assets across retail partner websites.
• Ensure product images are properly placed, formatted, and displayed to meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages to confirm imagery is accurate and aligned with brand presentation.
• Maintain and update digital product content as new styles and collections arrive.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets are available and published timely.
• Assist with e-commerce sales support by maintaining online product presentations across accounts.
• Monitor retailer websites for missing images or issues and coordinate corrections.
