Job summary

oh baby! brand is seeking an Apparel Design - Technical and Administrative Assistant to join our Minneapolis team on-site. In this full-time role, you’ll support the design team with technical tasks, organize specs, samples, and records, and manage routine administrative duties.

You’ll act as a liaison between design, production, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth workflows. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid clerical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with administrative processes and supporting daily tasks.
• Proficient clerical skills including data entry and record keeping.
• High level of organization and attention to detail for technical and administrative data.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, creative environment.
• Familiarity with apparel design workflows or fashion documentation is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
