oh baby! brand is seeking an Apparel Design - Technical and Administrative Assistant to join our Minneapolis team on-site. In this full-time role, you’ll support the design team with technical tasks, organize specs, samples, and records, and manage routine administrative duties.

You’ll act as a liaison between design, production, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth workflows. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid clerical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Role Description

The Apparel Design - Technical and Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN. This role supports the apparel design team with technical tasks such as updating spec sheets, organizing samples, tracking product details, and maintaining digital and physical design records. The assistant will handle administrative and clerical responsibilities, including scheduling, data entry, file management, and coordinating communication between design, production, and customer-facing teams. Day-to-day work includes preparing materials for meetings, responding to routine inquiries, assisting with customer service follow-up related to product details, and ensuring workflows and processes are documented and up to date. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in handling documentation, and a collaborative approach to supporting a creative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
